Booking Terms & Conditions
1. General

By booking any treatment or training course with Aesthetics & Training By Maya (the “Provider”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Provider.
2. Booking & Confirmation
-
Appointments can be made via the website “Book an Appointment” button, WhatsApp, or the contact form.

A booking is confirmed once you receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with details of your appointment or course.
3. Payments
-
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking – this can be clarified when booking your selected service.

Payment methods accepted include [Clearpay and major credit/debit cards/paypal].

Prices for treatments and courses are as listed on the treatment pages as well as the booking page.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Clients: You must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. For late cancellations or no-shows, a booking fee of up to 50% of the booked service price may apply.

Trainer/Clinic: In the unlikely event that the appointment or course is canceled by us, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative date or reschedule your booking.
5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced or rescheduled – and may incur a late arrival fee.
6. Eligibility & Medical Conditions

Please disclose any medical history, allergies, or medication you are taking on your consent form. Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your circumstances.
7. Treatments

Results vary per client. While our team provides professional, personalised care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

You may be offered pre- and post-treatment care guidance to optimise results.
8. Training Courses
-
All training courses are CPD-accredited.

Course bookings must be paid in full or by deposit prior to attendance. Any outstanding fee can be paid at the clinic premises to Maya.

Please note that once you book a training course, refunds are not available as course manuals are sent to you immediately upon enrolment. If you are unable to attend or have any concerns, we kindly ask that you speak directly with the instructor for further assistance. Payments made to Maya are non-refundable.
9. Allergic Reactions & Side Effects

Most treatments are non-invasive and safe when performed as instructed. However, some may carry minor risk of temporary discomfort or reaction.
- Prior to commencing treatment, you will be required to provide your informed consent and disclose any relevant health information to ensure your safety and suitability for the procedure.
10. Data & Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may be contacted regarding appointment reminders or updates unless you withdraw consent.
11. Liability

All treatments are carried out with the utmost care. We cannot accept liability for complications arising from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice or from undisclosed medical conditions.
12. COVID-19 / Health Considerations

(Optional) We reserve the right to refuse service or request proof of health status if UK public health guidance demands – especially relevant in dynamic health situations.
13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Booking Terms & Conditions occasionally. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies.
