This course is the essential starting point for students looking to begin a career in aesthetics. It provides the mandatory knowledge and certification in Anatomy and Physiology (Levels 3 & 4), along with foundation skills in injectables and aesthetic treatments.

Anatomy & Physiology Level 4 (8 assignments)
Foundation Anti-wrinkle treatment
Dermal Fillers
Fat Dissolving techniques with two leading brands
B12 Injections
Complications Training (mandatory for safe practice)
30-question multiple-choice theory test

Practical Skills:

Foundation injection techniques for Anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers
Safe product handling and application methods
Identifying and managing potential complications
Hands-on training with live models, guided by Maya

Course Format:

Home Study: Approx. 6 weeks to 6 months (self-paced)
Assignments: 18 in total
Practical training in clinic

Requirements:

No prior experience required
Must submit all assignments and declaration forms before practical training
Must pass a multiple-choice theory test before attending in-clinic training

Duration:

Variable (dependent on student pace): 6 weeks to 6 months for theory + 3 days in-clinic

Certification:

CPD Accredited Certificate for each completed module

Support Provided:

Free re-attendance for further practice if not passed
Shadowing opportunities on Maya’s busiest clinic days
Assistance with insurance, supplier setup, and business setup
